Important information before booking our classes
I have never done Reformer Pilates before.
Which class is right for me?
All customers, with or without Reformer experience, are welcome to attend any of our classes.
Our High-Intensity Reformer Sculpt classes are physically demanding, and individuals with below-average fitness levels may find them too challenging.
If you're unsure, start with our Reformer Base.
How does the waiting list work?
If all class spots for your desired date are fully booked, you can join our waiting list. As soon as another participant cancels and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email from us. First come first serve! Be Quick!
What do I need to bring, and what should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement. Grip socks are required for Reformer classes.
How can I book the classes ?
Sign up in our booking system Bsport on our website or use the IMILUV app for Android and iOS.
Once you're registered, you can easily sign up for, book, modify, or cancel classes.
How and until when can I cancel a class?
Cancellations are possible up to one day before the start of the class. You can easily cancel through your customer account using the IMILUV app.
What happens if I don't show up for a class?
No-shows, even without cancellation, will be considered as attendance and charged accordingly.
Important: Customers on the waiting list may still move up shortly before the class starts! Please cancel early if you do not wish to attend.
